If your website is hosted or managed by Parish Web & Host, upgrading is simple.
Complete the upgrade request form and we will arrange for Council Desk PRO to be activated on your website.
There is nothing to pay at the point of requesting the upgrade. Your council will be invoiced in the normal way.

Have your own WordPress council website?
Council Desk PRO is also available to parish and town councils whose WordPress website is hosted or managed elsewhere.
Complete our enquiry form with your website details and we can confirm compatibility and arrange installation and licensing.
There is no upfront online payment. Once everything has been agreed, your council will be invoiced on account.

Try PRO without being locked in
We want councils to upgrade because Council Desk PRO genuinely makes their work easier.
After upgrading, you have 15 days to decide whether PRO is right for your council.
If you decide it isn’t, simply let us know within the 15-day period and Council Desk can be returned to the Standard edition.
Your existing Council Desk documents remain in place.
